Have you ever controlled your dreams?
Have you ever controlled your dreams?
Yes, that is really possible! It is called lucid dreaming and here on LD4all you can learn how to do it. Don't take your dreams for granted. In dreams, things happen that don't happen in daily life. But when you dream, you are convinced that what you see is reality.
Most people are accustomed to the fact that "dreams are just dreams", and that you can't do anything about them. In fact, some people are convinced that they don't even dream.
However, it is possible to 'wake up' inside the dream. This is called lucid dreaming.

The progpower gig was great
The aurora project would like to thank everyone who were out there at the Progpower-festival to support us. It was amazing to see the venue being nearly fully packed with people clapping and banging along, even as being the first band of the day! During the whole day we were overloaded with positive reactions from you and the press, you guys rule, thanks!

Last meals on Death Row
I found a website where the last meals and last words of prissoners in deathrow are documented from the last 5 years, taken from various news sites. It has to be some good food to die for. Check out the archive right here.

Arena's new album
After a bad taste of their last album "contagion" i was a bit sceptic about the future of this band, until i heard the new concept album "pepper's ghosts". The Bombastic sound and musical influences where there again from the first song of the cd. Its a rollercoaster of great music and goosebump moments, so prepare for some really good symphonic progrock, altough "Immortal" is not yet challenged! You can listen to a couple of samples here

Dark and light beta news
A message from a dark and light beta tester
The sun sets and moon rises takes your breath away, and makes you wish you were living in this world also. Little things like flowers, butterflies, and bunnies add to the realism of the game. You get very caught up in it also. I was flying on my dragon, trying to explore the ground, and I made a comment in chat about how the clouds kept getting in my way. It took me a second to realize what I had just said. Upset about dynamic clouds? Thats the last time I say that. There are many things in the game world just like that. The wavering of grass, waves and their movement, even being blown off coarse when flying on your glider.
The most exiting part though is the events that AD does with us. A recent one I participated in started for a dieing man calling for a long lost love, and ended with us bringing her back from the dead to see him. Little events like this happen throughout the tests with AD controlling the characters. Big ones that involve all the beta testers in big battles have happened too. Another one I recently did had several Darkies trying to cheat a man (A character played by a GM) out of his fortress, and almost succeeded until the lights came to rescue him. After a big battle the light ended victorious, but the man we were guarding didn't. After an event the story is sometimes written into Ganareths very own newspaper, its a newspaper that you can buy in towns!.

The Ps3 leads with 1 - 0
"XBox360 is $299.99 and Is Hard to Program"
According to anonymous sources at Wal-Mart, a company so powerful that even MS must bow to its whims. The XBox360 will be priced at $299.99 with standard $59 games.
It is also apparently very hard to program for so the first games will be Snake, Tic Tac Toe, and an exciting game called Hello World featuring a delicately rendered image of floating words in an extruded Helvetica font. The ps3 leads atm because the software is more easy to program. Possibly because of the learning process of the ps2 that never showd his pure power.

Child welfare campaigners and teachers' groups are calling on the government to ban the Bully game.Liz Carnell of campaign group Bullying Online says: "This game should be banned. I'm extremely worried that kids will play it and then act out what they've seen in the classroom.
